Stackvolve Systems Ltd. (“Stackvolve”, “we”) is a private limited liability company registered in Cyprus (registration number HE496772). Registered office: Makariou III, 1–7, MITSI 3, Floor 3, Flat/Office 302, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus. We operate stackvolve.com.

What we collect

• Contact / booking: If you book a discovery call via Cal.com, you provide data (name, email, etc.) directly to Cal.com. Discovery calls usually run on Cal.com video; Cal.com processes that under their terms and privacy policy.
• Email: If you email us at [email protected], we receive whatever you send. Mail is hosted by Infomaniak.
• Alternative video meetings: If Cal.com is not suitable, we may use Cisco Webex instead. Webex may then process meeting data (name, email, audio/video, connection metadata) under Cisco’s terms.
• Hosting: Cloudflare Pages may process technical logs (IP, user agent) for delivery and security.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Fonts are served from this website (self-hosted), not from Google.

• Cal.com — appointment scheduling and video meetings (privacy)
• Cisco Webex — alternative video meetings when Cal.com is not used (privacy)
• Cloudflare — hosting and CDN (privacy)
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookie-less, aggregated page metrics on stackvolve.com (privacy)
